Save the children Condemn Kidnaps of 450 Schoolgirls

.....Says, ‘Attacks unacceptable, schools should never be a place of fear’ By Aviashima Toom, Abuja An International Non Governmental Organization Save the Children International, have called for the immediate release of the 450 kidnapped schoolgirls in Zamfara State   The Organization who also condemned the act said, it was horrified about reports of the 450 schoolgirls abducted from a school in Nigeria’s Zamfara state.  In a statement signed on Friday by the Director of Advocacy and Campaign, the aid organisation, Mr Amanuel Mamo, called for their immediate release and for any perpetrators to be held to account. "Sadly, this is only the latest in a series of abductions in the region" the organisation said. The organization said, over the past months, hundreds of children in Nigeria have gone through the trauma of being abducted by armed groups.
