By Aviashima Toom, Abuja The Nigerian Military disclosed that aggressive posture of troops in several operations across the 6 geopolitical zones have denied the perpetrators of insecurity the freedom of action after neutralizing 59 terrorists, arrested a total number of 88 criminals, 10 kidnappers, 20 gunmen and 19 suspected oil thefts and also rescued 88 kidnapped hostages within one week. From Aviashima Toom, Abuja  The Department of State Services (DSS) says it has launched investigation into Tuesday’s violent confrontation between its men and operatives of the National Correctional Service (NCoS) during the arraignment of suspended Central Bank of Nigeria governor, Godwin Emefiele, at a Lagos court. DSS, in a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Peter Afunanya, on Wednesday, described the incident as unfortunate.
