Terrorist Leaders, Commanders and Combatants Surrendered, as Troops Sustain Operational tempo - DHQ

From Aviashima Toom, Abuja  The Defence Headquarters, DHQ has disclosed that several Terrorists Leaders, Commanders and Combatants have so far surrendered with more indicating interest to surrender. Director, Defence Media Operations DMO, Maj-Gen Edward Buba, who made the disclosure on Friday in a statement in Abuja, assured that troops will continue to sustain its operational tempo in order to destroy or cause further surrendering by terrorists. Gen. Buba noted that the surrenderings were occasioned by overtures from the terrorist leadership based on troops onslaught against them, saying that a non kinetic collaborative effort with stakeholders was deployed to encourage the surrendering process. According to him, Notable terrorists that have surrendered include; Yellow Jambros, Alhaji Mallam, Ardo Idi(Alhaji Lawal ), Lawal Kwalba, Salkado, Yellow Ibrahim, Gana’e and Babangida among others. From Aviashima Toom, Abuja  The Nigeria Police Force hereby reaffirms its justification for the dismissal of one Edith Uduma, a former Police Inspector, who was recently dismissed for her act of gross misconduct and complicity surrounding the alleged rape of a 17-year-old female suspect by one Abraham Uzuobo. This was contained in a statement signed on Wednesday by the Force Public Relations Officer ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi in Abuja. He recalled that in a video that went viral on social media, where a Police Sergeant was alleged to have raped a female suspect in the station on October 7th 2024, former police Inspector Edith Uduma was the Charge Room Officer (CRO) on duty. Abu Shawesh, has said that, the peace process and the two state solution will be nailed in the coffin as Isreal intends to extend it's sovereignty over occupied West Bank soon. ......Harps on Robust Human Relations From Aviashima Toom, Abuja  The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, will tomorrow, Monday 18th November 2024, officially declare open a 4-day Police Public Relations Officers (PPROs) Conference in Asaba in Delta State.  In a statement signed on Sunday by the Force Public Relations Officer ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi in Abuja said, the Conference is organized in partnership with the Delta State Government and in collaboration with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and International Alert.   The event according to him is part of the ongoing efforts to advance police reforms in Nigeria.
