CAS Speaks In UK, On Air Power Strategies Adopted To Tackle Insecurity UK

By Jimin Geoffrey  Ertswhile  Permanent Secretary Government House Administration, Dr Tivlumun Nyitse has been appointed Chief of Staff to the Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom.  He replaces the former Chief of Staff, Terwase Orbunde who resigned his appointment early October, 2021 to pursue his Governorshiop aspiration.  Dr Tivlumun Nyitse, a former Governorship aspirant in the state was until this appointment, a Lecturer in the department of Mass Communication, Bingham University, Karu in Nasarawa State.  Governor Samuel Ortom who disclosed this to journalists Thursday, 4th November, 2021 also confirmed the re-appointment of Mrs Mimi Adzakpe-Orubibi as Chairman Board of Internal Revenue Service, BIRS.  He emphasized that more appointments will be made in the next few days to replace appointees who had resigned to pursue political aspirations.  The Governor acknowledged the leakages at the BIRS and the need to improve on the Internally Generated Revenue, IGR of the State,
