Hyacinth Iormem Alia, has called on those discrediting the youths of the state by calling them thugs, to immediately apologize and desist from such. From Aviashima Toom, Abuja The Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United Republic of Cameroon have signed a Cooperation Framework agreement on the transboundary Ecosystems conservation and suatainable management of forestry and wildlife resources. Nigeria's Minister of Environment, Balarabe Abbas Lawal and his cameroonian counterpart, Jules DoretNdongo both signed for their respectively countries. The implementation of the agreement aims to supervise and coordinate identified areas of cooperation, ensure special protocols are consistent with identified areas of cooperation, collaborate in the implementation of common transboundary programmes, and develop the institutional and mobilisation of funds for the implementation of common transboundary programmes. In his keynote address, Minister of Environment Balarabe Abbas Lawal said Nigeria and Cameroon share a common vision on the best approach towards the protection, conservation, and sustainable utilisation of natural re
