IGP Set To Commission Ultra Modern Offices, Barracks Across States.......As Police Procures Additional Operational Assets.

From Aviashima Toom, Abuja  As part of a broader initiative aimed at improving personnel welfare, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, is set to commission several ultra-modern police barracks, buildings, and command headquarters across various states including Adamawa, Sokoto, Jigawa, Nassarawa, and Katsina.  Other structures like Police Stations, Area Command Headquarters and office accommodations are also billed for commissioning in some states. In a statement signed on Tuesday by the Force Public Relations Officer ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi in Abuja said it is in continuation of the commissioning process to create a supportive working environment for officers while improving their overall well-being. Police Dismisses Report of Forceful Eviction of Officers from Falomo Barracks

From Aviashima Toom, Abuja  The Nigerian Police Force have Dismissed recent report of eviction of it's officers from the Falomo Barracks, saying occupants were given adequate notice, provided relocation assistance, and compensated with N2,000,000 each to secure alternative accommodation.   This is coming contrary to recent reports of forcefully eviction of officers and men of the Nigerian Police Force from the Falomo Barracks.  The Force Public Officer ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi in a statement in Abuja noted that, they will receive monthly rent allowances in line with provisions for officers not residing in the barracks.
