Naval Chief's Inspection Team Visits OPDS Boost Troops Morale
From Aviashima Toom, Abuja In a move to boost troops morale and further motivate them, the Chief of Naval Staff Inspection Team, led by Rear Admiral OK Oluwagbire, recently visited the Headquarters of Joint Task Force Operation DELTA SAFE (OPDS) in the Niger Delta Region. The Team's visit aimed to interact with naval personnel, identify operational challenges, and deliver the Chief of Naval Staff's end-of-year goodwill message to the personnel. During the visit, the Team was received by the Commander of Joint Task Force OPDS, Rear Admiral John Okeke.The Team was briefed on the activities of OPDS, which has been instrumental in boosting crude oil production and maintaining stability in the Niger Delta Region.
