GBAWUAN OPTIMISTIC OF PARTY'S TICKET.

Asparant on the platform of the PDP in Benue state,  Comrade Richard Gbawuan has expressed  confidence of the party's ticket with the current position of the party.

Gbawuan stated this in makurdi after a meeting with the state working committee of the PDP in order to factor modalities towards achieving victory in 2019.

He said it became imperative as the meeting will create a forum for interaction between the  party leadership and aspirants, expressing faith that such will foster
commonality of purpose, and engender healthiness
in the contest for the party's sole ticket for the
governorship race.

He assured Benue people that Benue state under his watch  will create wealth through market and economic enpowerment to all.

He explained that the recent apology to nigerians by the party's National Chairman, Uche Secondus, that PDP has learnt from, and will avoid its mistakes of the past, such as impunity and imposition of candidates by party leaders, will go along way of giving equal oppoturnity to produce acceptable candidate for the party, urging benue people to vote for him for a greater benue.

Meawhile State Chairman if the party Hon. John Ngbede, had earlier
promised an electoral process devoid of any forms of manipulation whatsoever assuring a free, fair and transparent primary election to create the atmosphere for co-operation and synergy between the candidate that will emerge.

Residents of FCT Pass Vote of Confidence on Wike

From Aviashima Toom, Abuja Coalition of FCT Indigenous Groups and FCT Resident Associations has passed a vote of confidence on the  FCT Minister, Bar. Nyesom Wike. The group also  urged him to continue his good works in the nation’s capital, saying the original inhabitants and the entire people of FCT were solidly behind him. The convener of the group, Adeyeye Olugbenga, made the call during a peaceful rally at the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Abuja, on Thursday.  The group called on President Bola Tinubu to ignore calls to remove Wike as the FCT Minister. The group said ” Some people have alleged that the FCT under Barr Wike has become the epicentre of controversy. They further questioned his land reforms and claimed that he was involved in land grabbing and dispossessing people of their properties. Hybrid Solar Panel Factory Soon To Take Off in Makurdi

From Aviashima Toom The Benue State Government has entered into partnership with the Shanghai Haitian Hospital, to facilitate academic and clinical interchange between Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi, in the areas of joint studies, training activities, and other educational exchanges of mutual interest. The government has also entered into partnership with Sinoki System Limited, for the establishment of a Hybrid Solar Panel Factory in Benue State. Signing the two Memorandums of understandings (MOUs) at the Old Banquet Hall of the Benue State Government House, Makurdi on Monday, Governor Hyacinth Alia said he was excited and optimistic that the partnerships will open many more doors of investments in the State, adding that his administration is willing to welcome more investors into the state.
