NA holds 2 day officers training conference in Zaria.

The Nigerian Army set to hold a 2 day’s Officers Training conference in Zaria, Kaduna state.

The event which is organised by the Directorate of Army Physical Training (DAPT) is set to begin on 2- 4 November 2020.

In a statement signed by the Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Col. Sagir Musa said, the Conference which is themed” – Repositioning the Nigerian Army Physical Training Corps through Effective Training in Support of the Nigerian Army Operations and Excellence in Sports” will take place at Ogundeko Hall, Nigerian Military School Zaria by 8:00am daily.

Sagir further explained that the Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen Tukur Buratai is expected to be the Special Guest of Honour at the occasion.

According to Col. Sagir Musa, the Conference is aimed at exploring options for repositioning the DAPT to meet contemporary fitness challenges in the Nigerian Army in support of the Nigerian Army’s operations and exercises.

He further adds that the occasion will witness series of lectures which will be delivered by seasoned academicians and professionals.
