Lady dies in Lagos hotel after night out with boyfriend

A lady, identified only as Esther, has died after lodging with her boyfriend, Emmanuel Isibor, at the T1 Suites in the Festac area of the Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State.

It was gathered that the lovers visited the hotel to spend the night together.

While in the room, it was learnt that Esther suddenly took ill and in the process, foamy substances started coming out from her mouth and nostrils. Jolted by the turn of events, Isibor was said to have sought help by calling the manager of the hotel to rescue his girlfriend.

In a bid to revive her, it was gathered that Isibor and members of staff of the hotel quickly rushed Esther to a nearby hospital, but she died on the way.

A source said that the doctor on duty at the hospital certified that Esther was brought in dead, adding that the manager of the hotel proceeded to the Festac Police Station to report the incident. 

When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, said, “Yes, the case was reported to us and we are still investigating it.”

Residents of FCT Pass Vote of Confidence on Wike

The group also  urged him to continue his good works in the nation’s capital, saying the original inhabitants and the entire people of FCT were solidly behind him. The convener of the group, Adeyeye Olugbenga, made the call during a peaceful rally at the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Abuja, on Thursday.  The group called on President Bola Tinubu to ignore calls to remove Wike as the FCT Minister. Hybrid Solar Panel Factory Soon To Take Off in Makurdi

From Aviashima Toom The Benue State Government has entered into partnership with the Shanghai Haitian Hospital, to facilitate academic and clinical interchange between Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi, in the areas of joint studies, training activities, and other educational exchanges of mutual interest. The government has also entered into partnership with Sinoki System Limited, for the establishment of a Hybrid Solar Panel Factory in Benue State.
