LOBI STARS AIM FOR THREE POINTS AGAINST DAKKADA IN UYO.

Lobi Stars are already in Uyo from Aba lying in wait to wrestle Dakkada for their first maximum away points in an NPFL 2020/2021 Match Day 25 of 38 fixture today

In a statement by the Media Offcer Lobi Stars FC, Austin Tyowua explained that for the first time Lobi Stars will be meeting the 2019/2020 debutants in the NPFL Dakkada FC who have little history in Nigeria football as they are yet to end a  full league season but incidentally have stamped their feet on the sands of the NPFL, always been a nightmare to all the established clubs.

According to him, the pride of Benue has only engaged Dakkada in two games, all in Makurdi, one in the aborted NPFL 2019/2020 and another in the first round of 2020/2021, on both occasions, The former Akwa Starlets resisted defeat and share the spoils at the end of it all.

"Having been unable to pull a positive result in Aba after putting up a spectacular performance in an NPFL rescheduled Match Day 16 against Enyimba International, Lobi Stars have taken a stronger spirit to Uyo aiming at the maximum points.

"Though Lobi Stars are not having the best of times in their away fixtures, Dakkada are equally passing through more difficult times as their last 5 games only produced one win as against Lobi Stars two wins. The Ortom boys are currently occupying the 8th position on the 20 team log, 4 places ahead of Dakkada's 12th position". He said.

Speaking to Lobi Stars media, the stand in team captain and left full  Ebube Duru has this to say; " we are going to break the 2020/2021 away win jinx in the NPFL here in Uyo, I and my teammates have resolved to stop at nothing to pull a win and take the three points back to Makurdi, we are adequately motivated by the management and have no reason not to do well.
