APC National Convention: March 26 Sacrosanct – Gov Ganduje

Kano State Governor, Abdulahi Ganduje has expressed optimistic that the All Progressives Congress (APC) National convention will be held on March 26.

Ganduje, who is also the chairman protocol sub committee of the convention made the declaration at the party headquarters on Tuesday in Abuja said the date remain sacrosanct.

The governor insist that he has no fears that the National convention will hold, nothing that  APC as a big party in Africa, has experience hands capable of organizing a successful convention.

He said reconciliations and consensus are taking place, believing that the best would be produced.

Ganduje also informed that about 250 protocol officers and ushers have been selected and trained by protocol sub committee so as to know what they are expected to do during the convention

Gov. Alia Celebrates Predecessor at 63

Hyacinth Alia, congratulated his predecessor and the immediate past governor of the State, Chief Samuel Ortom, on the Occasion of his 63rd birthday.  This was contain in a statement signed on Tuesday by Chief Press Secretary, CPS to Benue State Governor, Sir Tersoo Kula in makurdi. Governor Alia says, celebrating 63 years in good health is a privilege, calling on Chief Ortom to savour the moment, and also take deep retrospection as an elder statesman.
