HEalpers INC USA Organizes Humanitarian Awards, Fund Raising For Orphanage Home.

The Healpers Incorporated USA, on Saturday organized a fund raising for Destined Orphanage Home as well as a humanitarian awards in Abuja.

The event which took place at Nera Hotel Abuja is aimed at securing a home for the orphans at the Destined Children Orphanage, who may be evicted if they fail to purchase the property they lived in by the end of the year.

The event also future star artist such as Christiana Igbokwe, African Micheal Jackson and the host of others.

Speaking at the event, President and Founder, HEalpers Incorporated USA, Ms Estella Ogbonna, said her joy was to see the kids happy. She noted that as a humanitarian, has always like to help the needy and must especially the orphans.

The humanitarian who also abducted her daughter at same orphanage home noted that, "the project is something dear to my heart, because I have always had a passion since I was a kid to do alot for orphans. I saw this orphanage and I saw how the kids were all taken care of and when I realised they have this housing challenge and I have the ability, since I work with nonprofit organization that deals with similar issues for over years, so I call a team together to rescue those kids.

According to her, " no orphan project themselves to be orphan, it is not their fault that their parents died.

"Orphanage homes are not easy to run, imagine you are running a house full of 50 kids all growing up.

" Am appealing to people and good spirited minds out there, even if it is exercise books, even if it is cloths your kids use and are not bad go to any orphanage home out there and donate, help those people that take care of orphans.

Speaking about the donations made at the event, Estella noted that: "To me is not just about tonight event, is about people donating there after to save the children been evicted out of the property.

" Like what i said anybody can walk out from here with a mind set like i wish i can give a million naira, and God can  open a door for you and deep down you know God has given you an assignment to go give to those kids.

"Anybody that didn't donate today can still donate we are still going to promote and tell people to come out and give their donation. Down the line we will still do another kind of fund raising until those kids have a shelter over their heads, not just those kids alone but other orphans around the country.

On her part, the country’s Representative and Programme Director of HEalpers Incorporated USA, Jane Thomas Rogers also noted that focus of the event was to ensured the shelter of the kids at the destined orphanage home.

She said: "we actually organized this event for  the public to support towards the shelter needs of those children, we have from now till end of this year to either raise the fund and secure the property or the kids been evicted out of the place, that is why we are  calling on well meaning Nigerians out there home and  abroad to please support this project, key into it, partner with us and let's make life beautiful for those kids," she added.

The event was grace by dignitaries and the media, awards were given to humanitarians and personalities.
