Troops Neutralise 4 Terrorists, Recovers Arms, Ammunition in Kaduna state

Military says it's Troops of Operation FOREST SANITY has four of notorious terrorists, recovered Arms and ammunitions in Rafin Sarki Village in Giwa Local government Area of Kaduna state.
In a statement signed on Tuesday by the Director Media Operations, DMO, Major-General Musa Danmadami in Abuja said on 1 and 2 January 2023 gallant troops received a distress call of bandits attack at Rafin Sarki village in Giwa Local Government Area, Kaduna State. Troops responded swiftly and engaged the terrorist in a fire fight. Troops, neutralized two (2) torrorist and recovered one (1) AK 47 rifle.

The DMO, Equally said on the 3 of January 2023, troops carried out an ambush operation at Rafin Taba village, Giwa Local Government Area, Kaduna State and made contact with terrorists. Troops engaged terrorists and neutralized two (2) terrorist. Troops also recovered two (2) AK 47 rifles, four (4) AK 47 magazines, Fifty one (51) 7.62mm special ammunitions, five (5) mobile phones, one (1) cutlass, two (2) motorcycles and a sum of Two Hundred and Six Thousand naira (206,000).

The military high command  commended it's troops of Operation FOREST SANITY and encouraged the general public to avail troops with credible and timely information on criminal activities.

Residents of FCT Pass Vote of Confidence on Wike

From Aviashima Toom, Abuja Coalition of FCT Indigenous Groups and FCT Resident Associations has passed a vote of confidence on the  FCT Minister, Bar. Nyesom Wike. The group also  urged him to continue his good works in the nation’s capital, saying the original inhabitants and the entire people of FCT were solidly behind him. The convener of the group, Adeyeye Olugbenga, made the call during a peaceful rally at the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Abuja, on Thursday.  The group called on President Bola Tinubu to ignore calls to remove Wike as the FCT Minister. The group said ” Some people have alleged that the FCT under Barr Wike has become the epicentre of controversy. They further questioned his land reforms and claimed that he was involved in land grabbing and dispossessing people of their properties. NLC Demands Immediate Apology from Police, FG For Invasion, Desecration of Headquarters
